Tooltip in Page Composer

Summary:

I am trying to hide a predefined tool tip using Page Composer on Work Relationship . Is it possible to customized a predefined tooltip ? The tool tip mention " Date the initiator notifies of the termination" . This tool tip needs to be customized.

Navigation : My Client Group ----> Person Management ---> Search for person ---> Click on Work Relationship --->Click on action terminate ---> Tool tip for Notification Date
