UOM on distributions not matching UOM on PO Lines & schedules

Summary:

Hi, hoping someone can advise.

When creating a requisition with a UOM of 'CSE' and then creating the PO from it, I notice that the PO line and schedules both show UOM as 'CSE' but within distributions it has changed to '6MT'. I have noticed the same with 'PK' changing to 'MTR'.

I've checked the Unit of Measure standard conversions and UOM classes but cannot see anything there which would result in this.

Does anyone have any explanation as to why I am seeing this behaviour or any areas of the system I can look at please?
