Loading Learning outcome and Prerequisites to the course Setup

Summary: We have around 700 courses and all are loaded through HDL. Now, I need to load the learning outcome and Pre requisites to the course Setup. Please let me know how to load them using HDL

Content (required): We are implementing learning module for the client. We have around 700 courses and all are loaded through HDL. Now, I need to load the learning outcome and Pre requisites to the course Setup. I saw some support link that says to load ProfileRelation but I am not sure if that is for loading learning outcome for a course or Person . Please let me know how to load them using HDL . If can share any working HDL file for this will be really helpful.
