Is it possible to check who created Rules in BPM Worklist Preferences?

Summary: I would like to collect WHO set, and what kind of rules in BPM Preferences (like Vacation rule).

Content (required): Is there a way to collect the list of users who have Rules setup in BPM Worklist Preferences? I could find out that there is no audit report for the Notification settings (Fusion Global HR: Check Who Enabled BPM Worklist Notification Preferences (Doc ID 2870220.1)), does this mean we can't query infos or anything about the Rules neither?
