BOM Mapping vs recommendation rule - for existing quote

Summary:

As per the table based bom mapping rule, if Attribute "A" is set, then system will add child Model "A" to the quote line item under parent model B. It is working properly. But the problem is, in case the quote line already have child Model A Added in the quote line and the quote gets fulfilled and it gets added to asset repository, now in case a modify quote is created, by default attribute A remains as False value, and the existing model "A" already added to the line item is getting deleted. How can we solve
