Access listing for EPM Applications

Good afternoon everyone!

Summary:

We are in the process of implementing ERP/EPM Cloud. I am trying to get a listing of prvileges that a user can execute in ARCS, FCCS, EPBCD etc.. I have a report on what role the user is assign to (System Admin, Power, User etc). I need to knwo what they can do in the Application layer and need to be able to report on that for our external auditors. Addtionally I need to know about and report on security at the reporting level as well.

Question:

Are there reports in the system for this, if so, where are they and what are they called? Is there a tool that can be used to access this information? I am currently using Fastpath for erporting on the HCM module, but they do not seem to be able to get down past the top level.
