Can new contact lines be fulfilled to existing PO?

Summary:

Fulfilling new contracts lines to existing PO can simplify for vendors as they can continue referencing same PO number on invoice and also captures work on one PO vs several. It seems no such functionality in Cloud. Please help vote for an enhancement request.

Benefit of this functionality is that if you have an amendment or another year renewed on an existing contract, you do not need to create a new PO. This simplifies it for vendor as they can continue to reference same PO number on invoice and also captures work on one order versus several.
