Hi All,
Greetings!
This is about a requirement with a differential (higher) rate as compared to the prevalent rate at the grade step level for certain set of employees (identified based on years of service, category and few other conditions).
Is this something which can be handled better via the related custom fast formula or a solution with an extract to identify the population and extract calling HDL to update the rate? Any inputs?
