Approval Flow - trying to use function FindUserByPersonId

Hi

I have person ID of an employee in one of fields. I would like that the person will be part of approval flow (Request New Position).

Tried to use FindUserByPersonId function and pass to it parameter the field with person id. But got error that number of parameters is wrong.

Anyone knows how to use function FindUserByPersonId?
