Summary: Sometime before 22B many users started experiencing java.lang.NullPointerException errors

Content (required):

When navigating within a variety of procurement screens, mostly manage requisition and manage orders, many users are intermittently getting this pop up error. It's intermittent and we can't replicate but it's been occuring for a few months now. It's happening in all pods.

We have an open SR but not a lot of traction since we can't replicate on demand. Just curious if anyone else has seen this issue. It's only occuring in the procurement screens.
