Unable to find Donation related Entry reason in Absence table

Content (required):

We can see the Additional Information stored in Adjustement_Reason but when its Donation Type the Additional information is not stored.I have opened Oracle SR and was told to post here if anyone knows where its stored in backend table. Have also looked into Absence Diagnostics but not able to find .
