I want to change the Raw Cost Debit account number and Raw Cost Credit account number for processed costs using REST web service for Cost Adjustments

I am unable to change the Raw Cost Debit account number and Raw Cost Credit account number for processed costs using REST web service for Cost Adjustments. Can you please let me know if this is possible? I've tried to use Adjustment Type "Transfer" to achieve this but does not work.
