Configure OTL rules for California Meal Break Law for Meal Break Penalty and Break Waiver
Summary:
We are looking to configure California Meal Break Law in Fusion Time and Labor where the employees are entitled for a 30 minutes break for every 5 hours worked and if he is unable to take that break, the employee should be awarded one hour of meal break penalty pay after the 5th hour of work is completed and he has worked continuously for 5 hours.
The employees will also have an option to waive off this meal break, and in that case the penalty will not be paid.
We need to configure this rule in fusion time and labor, any suggestions on setting this up are appreciated!
