Communication with Employee via Comments
We are trying to figure out a way to enable communication between the line manager/ HRBP and the pending worker during the Journey Process (Onboarding). We enabled the comments section in each task, but the only person that can comment is the performer (in our case, the pending worker). Do you know how can the line manager or the HRBP add comments to tasks that might need more clarification or when re-opening the task due to insufficient information?
The current formatting seems to be limiting the communication between each party. If you had a similar problem, please let me know on how you proceeded on with the configuration. I am also providing a screenshot of the comment section that I am referring to:
