Escalation on a Application Role based Approval rule

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have configured a approval rule for Name change transaction based on a Job role. right now there are 3 users having this role and All 3 got immediate line managers.

Now we configured Escalation too on this rule as below.


When any of the 3 users in that role claimed the Transaction the escalation is going to the any one of their line managers randomly. its not following hierarchy. Even if none of them claimed it its still going to escalate to those 3 line managers randomly

We want it to escalate to the Line manager of the user who claims it. Can anyone here
