Issue with q Parameter in REST API

Hi,

I am trying to filter records from Workers REST API using Test endpoint inside VBCS using below q parameter, but results are not filtering and returning records without filter criteria.

API : /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers

Method: Get

q Parameter: PersonNumber='223545' and workRelationships.assignments.AssignmentStatusType='ACTIVE'

Please advise if i am missing anything here.
