Administration Mode Option for an Application

A new configuration setting, Enable Use of Application for, can be used to restrict access to the application only to Service Administrators.

Business Benefit: This feature enables Service Administrators to prevent user access to the application when an administrative task is in progress. Restricting access ensures that application data is not modified during an ongoing administration task.
