How to get current session/User Language

Summary:

we have created a value set values based on TL tables. how to include the condition for the language.

Content (required):

Table type Value set is created based on _TL Tables. we have added condition that Language ='US' to display English text. but when the user log in another language it is still showing english due to the condition.

how to change the language condition based on user login session or perferences.

Like in ebs : language = Fnd_profile.user_language
