Ability to make Grade Rates text instead of numbers

Summary:

I'm looking for a way to change the requirements for the min, mid, and max grade rates to be text instead of numbers. I literally want them to just reflect 'Min,' 'Mid,' and 'Max.' Is this possible? Thank you!
