Business requirement: We have the following requirement for the customer. A new tax-like fee we must charge for every retail sale delivered by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado. We must charge a retail delivery fee to the customer, with this charge broken out separately on the receipt. The tax line must read “CO Retail Delivery Fee”.
