Push Rest API as part of transaction

Hi all,

Seeking some advice.

Our business are seeking means for transactions to trigger events for the purpose of maintaining several databases. So far in my administration of the HCM platform I have not yet found a suitable solution.

In other platforms there appears to be simple tools that allow for various actions to occur.

In Jira for example they include a tool for automation that when certain actions occur you can trigger certain actions including pushing REST calls.

Are there equivalent functions in Oracle?
