Organization Security Profile Typical Behavior

Summary: Hi All,

We have a requirement in which we ,have a particular set of users called Corp HRs which need to have access to data only to 3 BUs not all the other BUs. So, we have created a person security profile using custom criteria, and have given access to only these 3 BUs. Now while performing any transaction, as well, we want this person to be only able to perform any transaction only in these BUs. For example , while hiring an employee , they should only be able to see these 3 BUs in the business unit dropdown.

Content (required): So, for this we have created an organization security profile, and have used , secure by Organization list and have included these 3 BUs in the list . but then when this user is hiring an employee or creating a position for example , I don't see department dropdown is coming up. All the departments and these BUs are tied to the common set. So, I don't have nay idea why the department list isn't showing up. But when I see add one of the departments , in the secure by organization list , inside the organization security
