Summary: In the advanced chat routing - besides being able to push a queue to overflow or primary, we also have the priority level (#number). Before advanced routing, simply putting a Queue1 in the list before Queue2 would have automatically given that profile better priority for Queue A.

But let's complicate life. Say I have (the number next to queue [nth] name represents the priority)

Profile (A) - having 4 queues listed in this sequence; Payments [1], Account [1], Withdrawal [1], Deposits [1]

Profile (B) - having the same 4 queues listed in this sequence; Payments [2], Account [1], Withdrawal [1], Deposits [1].

if a """Payments""" chat comes in - which profile will get that chat?
