Make GOP consider Planned Orders of Contract Manufacturer

Summary:

We are loading planned orders of Contract Manufacturers using external system as a source.

Inv Org in OPS: MILLS_IO

External system: Jabil_CM

Planned orders uploaded in inv org: Jabil_CM:MILLS_IO

Order is created with MILLS_IO as the fulfillment warehouse.

Planned orders loaded and refresh order promising server is run with plan as the parameter.

But, GOP is not co nsidering the planned order.

Do we need to create a relation ship in system between MILLS_IO and jabil_CM: Mills_IO
