Assessment to be completed by Learner and his Line Manager

Summary:

We have a post Course assessment that needs to be completed by both the Learner and his Line Manager. I have created the assessment, and added it as an Activity to the Offering, which the Learner will be able to complete his section of the assessment.

I am looking for ideas on how the line manager can access the assessment (or a separate assessment) but I have to be able to link it back to the Learner and the course that was completed.
