Seniority Dates - Employee vs Pending Worker Assignment

Summary:

We are using V3 seniority date configuration. We implemented HCM January 2021 and loaded seniority dates "adjusted service dates" (custom added type) and are still actively using it to bridge service for employees. The employees that we have hired since using HCM have a pending worker (p####) service date only... but the ones hired prior to implementation only have an employee type. Do you know why multiple worker type dates are showing?

We are trying to report on adjusted service date but this is making it difficult.
