Required Initiative assign course to person a completed course
Summary:
The learning initiative assigns course to people who have bypass completed the course in past.
Content (required):
When a required learning initiative is created; it reassigns the course to person once again.
The course is assigned to a person who has completed the course previously ( i.e. Bypass completed because it is a learning history).
How should learning initiative be setup if we don't want course to be retaken ( i.e. potentially it should not be assigned again ). Will it be via course?
We don't want learners to retake the course simply because it was automatically assigned as they might need to move from one department to other and this can happen.
