Learning Voluntary Assignment Type has Due Dates

Yellow Belt Training has a blended offering including three activities, two are instructor-led and the other is Self-paced, and the assignment types are voluntary, in which a few learning records do have a Due Date of June 24, 2022, which is 2nd day of training and the rest do not. I tried various scenarios to create this test case, but could not. Wondering if anyone came across the same. Appreciate your response.
