How do we enable Calendar and Team Schedule in Time and Absences?

Content (required): We want the 2 items shown in red in the attached to be enabled so we can try them out in out TEST environment, how do we do this? We only see Add Absence, Absence Balance and Existing Absences. We want managers to be able to see a team view.
