Users would like to view YTG numbers after Budget data is loaded in FCCS

Hi Folks,

We have a requirement to load Budget data into FCCS and users would like to view YTG numbers but view dimension in FCCS is not editable. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to create YTG view in FCCS
