Error when trying to review a narrative report package

When trying to initiate a review of an existing report package, we're getting the attached error.

This issue seems specific to this particular report package as other report packages allow us to initiate reviews without errors. The same report package was used last year and was working fine up to a certain point but then started producing the error upon initiating a review. I've followed all steps, i.e. provided oracle with feedback, UDR, snapshot and also raised an SR, with a support call. They are investigate the issue but in the meantime I was wondering if anyone has experience a similar issue and can assist with any useful troubleshooting steps?
