How to add section and subsection in Negotiation Template and pre-defined internal questions?

Summary:

We are creating negotiation template, requirement is to add Multiple section and subsections within the section. Weightage need to be assigned for each section and together it should be 100%. Within a section , there will be multiple subsections which again will have subsection level weightage.

Content (required):

1.Create Questions , with some with response type as 'External' and some as 'Internal'

2.Create Negotiation Template. add section and try to add subsection but all sections are created at one level only'

3.Also try to add pre-defined requirements created as questions, we are unable to search the questions which are having response type as 'Internal'
