Customize seeded report "Award Approval Notification Report"

We need to customize this seeded report "Award Approval Notification Report". We have made the changes as per the process but the Award approval notification is still taking the seeded layout. Please advise if there is any Configure setup where we can set the new layout created? For e.g. for po pdf report, we need to set the layout in "Configure Business function for Procurement" but i could not find any related setup for this seeded report. Please advise if any inputs in this regard.
