FTE Decimal Places Mismatch on Position and Assignment Records

In HR we manage Establishment currently by recording on the position records the budgeted hours, headcount and FTE for each position. This in turn sets a cap when someone sets up an assignment and will not allow then to go over the "budgeted" hours, FTE Headcound. Its very simple and effective with one problem; The position form calculates FTE to 1 decimal place and the assignment does it to 2. If i have a post that is budgeted for 30 hours per week out of the standard 37 hour week the actual fte is 30/37=0.8108108108108108 The position form calculates this as 0.8 The
