FTE Decimal Places Mismatch on Position and Assignment Records

Summary:

FTE on Position appears to be 1 decimal place whilst on assignment it is more. When an assignment is set up error due to insufficient FTE

Content (required):

If i have a post that is budgeted for 30 hours per week out of the standard 37 hour week the actual fte is
30/37=0.8108108108108108
The position form calculates this as 0.8
