Summary:

Bell Notifications are showing up as blank for Project/Budget Revision approvals

As a workaround we need to approve this in BPM worklist without looking at notification details

or add a Project role to the approver so the notification would appear.

This is not consistent behavior across the Fusion application.

For example; Say in Financials for Payable invoice approval, the approver doesnt need a Financial role to be assigned for the notification to show the details.
