Is there any way to select parameters for Automated Tasks from Front-end in Task Manager?

Summary: In Task Manager, There are automated tasks; let's say Translate rule. For this automated task, there are 5 parameters such as Enter Reporting Currency, Entity, Scenario, Period and Year. So for these parameters, one needs to enter in the backend in the Tasks under Task Manager.

Whereas from the front end, they are not editable.

How to change these parameters from the front end?
