Summary: We want to make "Recommended for Rehire" field read-only if the value is "No" while terminating.

Content (required): We have an auto-completion rule for "Recommended for Rehire" field based on Actions as such that for a particular Action, "Recommended for Rehire" value will default to "No". However, if the value becomes "No", we want the field to become read-only so that the user cannot change the value anymore. Is this possible?
