Next Gen Help Desk Visual Builder Studio - Modify UI

Summary:

Hello, we are currently in the middle of our Next Gen Help Desk implementation for a client and have a few requirements that are more cosmetic related. I will list a couple examples below:

• Ability to modify "Save" button on Create SR layout to instead read as "Submit"
• Ability to modify the Edit Details button icon on Help Desk Request overview layout

My question is if this is possible to achieve via the Visual Builder Tool. I am most familiar with customizing fields through VBS but do not see a way to make changes to these features such as button verbiage and button icons.
