Summary:

On an intermittent basis we get a 503 error when working in ARCS. The error says "A connection to the server has failed" Just wondering if this is fairly common and others are seeing this as well?

Hi all,

On perhaps a weekly basis we are seeing across multiple users and under different circumstances that when you click on something in ARCS the browser will pop up with an error as shown below.

This may not happen to any one person for days, then it may occur multiple times in a row or over the course of the day. We have not identified any pattern as of yet. When this error does pop up if you click ok and then just simply do a "refresh" on your browser you can continue working. Just wondering if others are seeing this?
