OTBI Formula to pull two months data for automated report

Hi we have a task to automate the report which pulls termination for the current and the previous months.

Any suggestion n the formula that gather the terminated employee data based on the termination date in the month of the current data pull and the previous month? For example, if I pull in July 17th, it should pull the termination date happened in July and in June.

Thank you for any assistance on this!
