Customer is not confortable on activating supplier portal because it will raise too many doubts on how to use the supplier portal

We are searching means to relief procurement team from suppliers Q&A related to supplier portal use. Other solutions in the market have the vendor "helpline". They do not want to have an ISV or Oracle ACS doing that. Any benchmark or automating options are welcome
