Masking sensitive data

Summary:

How do i mask some data (salary and wages) in DM or Planning?

Content (required):

I have a requirement to ensure none, including administrators should not be able to view the Salary and wages data in the source file. I have 2 folder questions here:

  1. Can i mask certain columns of data, from the data file. Such that even Administrator cannot see the data. I should be able to run calculations on the data to calculate Average compensations.
  2. Can i as well lock the source data file, such that no one can access or download the file. This should be on top of the above security. Thus, not just DM or application, even the data file is locked for view
