Collaborative Quoting - issue editing new JET UI inline rich text attributes

Users are having issues editing text in the new JET UI in line rich text attributes when they are in a collaborative quoting session

Content (required):

When editing JET UI in line rich text attributes while in a collaborative quoting session, system always returns user's cursor to the beginning of the editor whenever they attempt to make a change, enter new text. (This does not happen when not in a collaborative quoting session. ) Is this expected behavior ? Is there a setting we can change to prevent this from happening ?
