Business Title under Employment Info display no LOV

My Client Groups-->Employment info-->Business Title is blank

We have also done below setup:

Enable profile value for ORA_PER_EMPL_ENABLE_WRK_ASG_REST_LOV

Role name: ORA_PER_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_WORKER_ASSIGNMENTS_LOV

Functional to add: PER_ENABLE_WORKER_SEARCHES_USING_EFFECTIVE_DATES_PRIV

This is happening only for couple of Roles which are based on AOR. Other custom roles are showing Business Title LOV

Can someone please advice if there is any additional setup for AOR based Roles.
