Is there a workaround for passing the approver name or id for approving adjustments

Summary:

we have a requirement to pass the approver name by which the adjustment needs to be approved while creating the adjustments through SOAP Webservice.Could you please help answering the below questions:

1) Is it possible for passing the approver name in the current API(AdjustmentService SOAP Webservice) while creating the adjustments. As soon as the adjustment is created if the user passed via API has the approval limits set then it should be auto approved, without the user manually having to approve adjustment in fusion

2) If not then could you please suggest if there is any workaround for approving the adjustments by passing the user id or approver name.
