Unable to find the USER_GUID for few employees in ASE_PWD_RESET_REQ table

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a report which we send to the new hired employee. In the email, we are sending the password reset link as well. For some of the employees the data for USER_GUID is not present in the ASE_PWD_RESET_REQ table due to which data is not populating in the report.

Have anyone come across such issue. If yes, please share the details.
