Is there a way to freeze columns/rows in NR report?

Is there a way to freeze columns in NR report like how we do in excel?

Our report is little wider because of the large number of columns. User is ok to see it in HTML format on web. We are using a text column as the first column displayed to show the headers of all the rows with user-preferred friendly names. Now the issue here is because the width of the report is little exceeding the web page width, user wants this first column to be frozen so that the headers of rows visible even when they scroll to right.
