Supply Plan is not picking up Buy From and Transfer Sourcing Rules

Content (required):

I am creating demand in the distribution warehouse(A) with the Transfer From Sourcing Rule (from the Manufacturing warehouse(B)). I am loading the forecast in Distribution warehouse A and expecting the system to recommend a transfer order from B to A.

Issue: The supply Plan is not generating Planned Transfer Orders

A similar issue is happening with Buy Sourcing Rules. These are not being picked up for component procurement. The Sourcing rules are planning active so should have been used.
