Work Order Scheduling calculation for Resource Usage

I have created a work order where the total number of Resource units assigned to operation is 8 i.e. 8 resources are working at a time to complete an operation.

In total, they take 2.015 minutes to complete the operation. However when I set the resource usage and units assigned, the calculation of Operation completion date ends on the same time when the operation starts.

I found out that the calculation is done on the basis of Usage Rate/Units assigned...due to which, I am getting value less than 1..

Do we have any field that would let us enter total usage without getting it divided by Units assigned?
