Working as Manager Field - Automate
Summary:
The Working as Manager field is a manual update on our end and I am looking to automate this process. Is it possible to create a rule to have this field defaulted to No but have it change to Yes if they have a new direct report assign to them?
Content (required):
When building reports to list Line Manager, there are data that are inaccurate because managers are not updating this field so automating this process will make it easier to run the report so that we can assign proper courses to the line managers.
